Podcast 12 – Walking away from faith

Today Rich and I talk about our experiences on Facebook.com.  Getting reacquainted with people we haven’t seen in decades can be a surprise, particularly when those we care about have seemingly abandoned their faith.  It is our desire to encourage those who are faltering and to strengthen the weak so that together we may partake in the the blessings of God both here and forever more.

As always we encourage you to send us an email with any questions or comments to show (at) dontblamejesus (dot) com.  We welcome your comments, questions, even criticism.  This is a show for you so let us know what you think.

  1. Excellent thoughts on people who stray and I really dug the Sam Kinison reference. Seeds of faith can be planted in people and there may be a “winter season” where the faith goes dormant but hopefully a spring comes and it is nourished and flourishes again. I had this discussion with a friend of mine Saturday night and that was my final take on it. I thank Rich for the topic before hand, it gave me something to discuss with a close friend whose Christian values I have always looked up to.

  2. Yeah, it was cool talking with you a couple of nights ago about that conversation that you had. I have been reading 1st and 2nd Peter and the next podcast with come from there. I don’t know where yet. A lot of really sharp stuff in those two books. God bless,
    Richard
